
Announcement: 2023 NPHIC Executive Board President and Representatives
The 2023 election results for the new NPHIC Executive Board President and Representatives are announced below and effective February 1. First, NIPHIC would like to sincerely thank our outgoing President, Khalilah LeGrand, Ed.D., Interim Chief of Staff, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, for her tenure.
Congratulations to the following 2023 Elected Officers: Cristi Moore – President (Chief Communications Officer, South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control); Kimberly Henderson, PhD – Vice President (Director of Communications and Community Relations, District of Columbia, Department of Health); Jose Arballo Jr. – Treasurer (Senior Public Information Specialist, Riverside University Health System-Public Health, California); Regional Representatives: Cristi Moore – Region 4 (Chief Communications Officer, South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control); Jeni O’Malley, - Region 5 (Chief Communications Officer, Indiana State Department of Health); Elizabeth Perez – Region 10 (Chief of the Executive Office of Public Affairs and Equity, Washington State Department of Health); and At-Large – Ann Rowe (Public Health Preparedness Training and Exercise Program Manager, Florida Department of Health).
