CDC's State of Vaccine Confidence Report

The CDC has published the 2022 Quarter 3 State of Vaccine Confidence Report which identifies the public’s questions, concerns, frustrations, and circulating misinformation about vaccines with the potential to impact vaccine confidence. Major themes identified from social media, news, and other sources that may impact vaccine confidence: consumers continue to have questions about the availability and effectiveness of the updated COVID-19 booster dose, including coadministration with the annual influenza vaccine; consumers continue to have questions about the safety of the updated COVID-19 booster dose as well as the primary series, especially related to myocarditis; consumers and news outlets express concern about the spread of monkeypox and the public health response. Read the report for more information on these themes and social media assets to address the themes.
