Ageism Awareness Day: Secrets to Spreading the Word

The American Society of Aging (ASA) is hosting the webinar Ageism Awareness Day: Secrets to Spreading the Word on August 30th. ASA's Ageism & Culture Advisory Council members will lead a discussion about working together to celebrate Ageism Awareness Day on October 7th.

All interested members will be supplied with a Tool Kit and guidance in how to use it. Suggestions for how to reach the media, community leaders, organizations and others will be shared. Ageism Awareness Day provides an opportunity to draw attention to the existence and impact of ageism in our society, as we take steps in eradicate it. Learn more from ASA here.
