Feeding Our Children Nutritious Foods Should Be the Easiest of Decisions

The heart of the epidemic lies in unhealthy dietary habits, with children consuming too few fruits and vegetables while indulging in calorie-rich, nutritionally deficient foods. Despite efforts outlined in Healthy People 2030 objectives, the situation remains dire, with little progress seen in improving dietary habits.
