
RFK Jr. Plans COVID-19 Vaccine Injury List
COVID-19 vaccine injury compensation policies may change under a proposed federal rule that would establish a list of injuries presumed to be caused by covered COVID-19 countermeasures, allowing eligible individuals to receive compensation without proving causation.
The proposal, expected to be published in November, would apply only to injuries supported by “compelling, reliable, valid, medical and scientific evidence” of direct causation.
While rare conditions such as myocarditis and anaphylaxis have been documented following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination, experts caution that any injury list should remain evidence-based to preserve scientific integrity and public confidence in vaccine safety. Read the full story from The Hill here.
