CDC Foundation Releases New Impact Report Highlighting Public Health Partnerships

The CDC Foundation’s latest Impact Report highlights how cross-sector partnerships are strengthening public health efforts across the United States. Covering July 2024 through June 2025, the report showcases initiatives that support community health where people live, learn, work and gather.

Examples include developing technology in Kentucky to help frontline workers rapidly collect and share overdose-related data, assisting active-duty service members in Georgia as they transition to civilian life, and supporting families with young children in Ohio while addressing hunger and nutrition challenges.

The report illustrates how collaboration among health departments, community organizations and private-sector partners can expand the reach and impact of public health programs nationwide. See their Impact Report here.
