Webinar: Turning PH WINS Insights into Action for Public Health Supervisors

The de Beaumont Foundation will host a webinar on Wednesday, March 25 highlighting new insights from the 2024 Public Health Workforce Interests and Needs Survey (PH WINS), focusing on the critical role supervisors play in strengthening the governmental public health workforce.

 
While many supervisors bring deep public health expertise, the data show that many are relatively new to management roles—underscoring the need for additional leadership support and training.

The session will introduce a practical career ladder toolkit designed to help supervisors foster meaningful conversations about professional growth with staff. A panel of state and local health leaders will also discuss how PH WINS findings can inform strategies to support workforce development and retention. Register here.
