The Association of Immunization Managers (AIM), the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), and Johns Hopkins University recently developed a curated, up-to-date list of resources from trusted sources to assist community health workers, public health workers, and healthcare professionals in improving health equity and COVID-19 vaccination rates.
